The other side of tea

The 2006 Mengku Rong Shi Da Xue Shan Yesheng puerh cake was produced from tea leaves harvested from ancient wild tea trees in the Mengku Da Xue Shan region by Mengku Rong Shi, a renowned producer coming from this region. The tea trees from which this tea is made grow at altitudes of between 2,200 and 2,750 metres. This location ensures that the tea plants are surrounded by unspoilt nature and experience minimal human interference.

A superb 20-year-old tea, the result of exceptionally careful storage in natural conditions in Taiwan. These conditions have preserved its wild flavour whilst allowing it to mature elegantly over time. This tea is distinguished by the unique flavour profile of authentic wild tea harvested from these ancient tea trees.

The whole tea cake weighs 400 grams. Smaller portions are packaged in Doypack bags.
