Description
An excellent wild black tea from the spring harvest in the Fengqing region. The long, slightly curled leaves bring noble wood, spices, resin, bellows fruits, and blackberries to their aroma. In the taste of the amber brew, one will find a pleasant and light astringency, with accents of resin, blackberries, and wild honey.
Suggested brewing method: a gaiwan or small teapot with a capacity of about 100 ml, pour about 5 grams of tea into the heated vessel, brew several times starting with about 10-15 seconds, and increase the brewing time by 5-10 seconds with each successive infusion.
