The other side of tea

2023 Lao Cong Mi Lan Xiang Oolong

14.00 27.00

Another unconventional tea we came across during our trip to China last year. This time it is the result of exploring the mountainous nooks and crannies on the border of Guangdong and Fujian provinces. After many meetings and tastings, this tea came to us completely unexpectedly. And lest there be any ambiguity, this tea comes from Fujian province. We hope it will brighten and warm your moods and hearts as it did with ours.

In the taste and aroma one finds accents of flowers, fruit, hops and malt in a perfect honey sauce.

Preparation
We recommend preparing in a small gaiwan or teapot of approximately 100ml. Heat the empty teapot and tea pot with boiling water. Use 5-6g of tea. Place the tea leaves into the hot teapot. The water temperature should be around 100°C. The first brewing should last about 10-15 seconds. Each successive brew should take 5-10 seconds longer. However, we recommend experimenting a little to find the way to make the tea you like best.
