Ergazi is a rare variety of wild tea tree whose occurrence is limited to the Baiying Shan in Lincang Prefecture, Yunnan Province. Dark large leaves with a strong aroma of pollen and grasses, resinous and woody forest accents. Slightly sweet fruity, floral, and vegetal notes are present in the brew. A very refreshing, delicate, light, mineral, and fruity, woody, yet intense and full-bodied tea.
