The other side of tea

2025 Meng Ding Gan Lu ‘Sweet Dew’

10.00 19.00

A fresh spring tea from Sichuan province. The delicate little leaves and buds (one bud and one leaf) were harvested this spring in Meng Shan before the Qing Ming Festival. The dry scents of a spring meadow, pollen, delicate hints of melon, and the ethereal lightness of flowers. The freshness and quintessence of spring are contained in these beautiful greenish leaves. The infusion is thick, essential, and dazzling to the senses. An extremely refreshing, juicy infusion full of vegetal and mineral notes with a pleasantly sweet aftertaste. The tea comes from an organically grown garden. Unfortunately, only a small amount is available.
