This tea is naturally less rich, subtle, and complex, but has an unbeatable quality/price ratio, and is, therefore, an excellent door to enter into the world of classic sheng puerh! The 2000s Chiang Mai Chi Tse Beeng Cha comes from the same workshop as our 2000s Dao Jian Zhong Chiang Mai Qin Beeng

Tasting notes
 A good and simple classic puerh, with a character that immediately transports us to the world of teas from the early 2000s. There is a good tannic structure, without being aggressive or violent, and a sober character that s’ gradually installs throughout the tasting, playing on the persistence, the echoes, and the after-sensations.
