Pola Słomka is a talented Polish ceramic artist. Before she got involved in ceramics, she was drinking tea fascinated by its culture. Organically her work started to tend mainly towards tea ceramics. She chose the potter’s wheel as her essential working tool. The simple form allows the ceramics to be a silent company in the tea session giving the floor to the leaves and water. Its functionality tirelessly accompanies the tea and without unnecessary interruptions allows her to glow.
