Darnina

Weronika Sędzimir is using natural colorants from the meadows and forests of the Beskidy mountains. She is making natural colors obtaining them from leaves, flowers, seeds, roots, cones, and stems. Her products are made of linen. She loves most the linen with a history. She is looking for linen woven on narrow looms, old grain sacks, rags, and cloths remembering other eras, sheets, tablecloths, and napkins. She rediscovers them and connects them with plants that enrich them with entirely new colors and context. She designs linen tea accessories in harmony with nature, herself, and tailoring crafts.
