Michał Koczor about himself: I’m a potter from Poland, based in a small house in the woods just outside of Warsaw. I have a pottery studio with a gas kiln here. I love working with clay and I work only on the potters wheel. I love organic, almost living pots – that’s why I try to work on local materials, mix local clays, and create my own glazes. As you can see in my listings – I’m all about Shinos. Love experimenting with different mixes, different minerals, clay bodies, and firing techniques. Everything I do here is gas-fired. Most of the time I use a heavy reduction atmosphere to bring those shinos to life.
