Our Jinggu Yue Guang Bai Cha is coming from the mountains of Jinggu county. The 357g cake has been made from the Da Bai Hao tea tree variety. The tea was picked in April 2019 and pressed into cakes in April 2020. The infusion offers the sweetness of yellow fruits, honey, almonds, and spices, also accents of flowers, no bitterness or astringency, as well as mineral and floral accents in the smell and taste, with a hint of marzipan in a cup.
