The tea we offer comes from a tea garden located at an altitude of around 1700-1800m. This garden has trees of the ‘xiao ye zhong’ variety aged between 20 and 30 years, which have been left to grow naturally. The tea was harvested in the early spring of 2021 and then went through the traditional production process. The raw mao cha was matured for almost three years and then stone-pressed.
