The taste of the tea is mildly sweet, slightly astringent, with earthy notes. We can also detect vegetal notes of beetroot, without strong bitterness, with subtle hints of nuts in the aftertaste. a very nicely structured and well-aged tea.
The color of the infusion is a reddish-brown thick amber.
